- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation
Important: Non-Returnable Items

- Keepsake Ornaments (due to their fragile and collectible nature)
- Opened Gift Bag Sets and Wrapping Paper Sets (once packaging is opened)
