Are your products suitable as gifts?
Absolutely! Many of our customers purchase our items as special gifts. Our Gift Bag Sets, Keepsake Ornaments, and Figurines make particularly memorable presents. Each item is carefully crafted with premium materials and packaged with the same care we’d use for our own family traditions.
How do I care for my decorative items?
Our ceramic figurines and glass ornaments should be handled with care and displayed away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. For our natural soy wax candles, we recommend trimming wicks to 1/4 inch before lighting and keeping the wax pool free of debris. Specific care instructions are included with each product.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We proudly serve customers across the globe! However, we are unable to ship to select remote areas in Asia and other regions. During checkout, our system will automatically verify if we can deliver to your location.
What are your shipping options and timeframes?
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping – $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch with real-time tracking - Free Shipping – For orders over $50 via EMS
Delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch
How are fragile items packaged for shipping?
Your delicate Keepsake Ornaments, Artisan Candles, and other fragile treasures are packaged with extra care using premium protective materials. We treat each shipment with the same meticulous attention we’d give to our own family heirlooms to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Can I track my order?
Yes! For Standard Shipping orders, real-time tracking is available. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. For Free Shipping orders via EMS, tracking may be available depending on your location.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a straightforward 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. If any product doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us to initiate a return. Your satisfaction in creating magical holiday moments is our ultimate priority.
How do I return an item?
To return an item:

- Include your order number and reason for return
- We’ll provide you with return instructions
- Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we’ll process your refund
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re committed to excellence in both our products and packaging. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll gladly replace the item or provide a full refund.
